One of my clients from OZ loves the homes in that area since they tend to buy stone and brick homes.

The entire island AND tourist islands (like Culebra) are OZs.

This year Zillow, sphere, & referral were big drivers of my business. 

The knowledge that I have gained over the past year within this space of “Real Estate”, is like getting a Ph.D. for less cost within this sphere.

If you have built-in deals in your back pocket (family, friends or your sphere of influence are about to buy an expensive house) and they will use you as their agent no matter what, then I would suggest you consider a transaction fee style broker.

Those areas I do not have any investments in currently but I believe both those areas are OZ’s.

Hi Dahsiem,I am also a newly licensed agent based in Tampa and some good places I found where to start are: your sphere of influence (I got a few contacts from people I know), checking out local networking events (via sites like MeetUp and EventBrite and of course here on BP), and looking for cash buyers via the county tax assessor website.
