Unfortunately. it's also possible the son notarized the POA because his mother either didn't sign the POA or wasn't mentally competent to sign. 

If a tenant contacts us about a pest problem, we let them know that we can send out the pest control company we use, but if the company determines that the source of the problem is either mother nature or the tenant, we will bill the tenant directly.

Just finishing up the construction and got my tenant in there last week (my mother).

She has people living in the unit that are not supposed to be there, she has a dog in the unit although the lease clearly states no pets and her mother (who is not on the lease) continues to smoke in and around the property although the lease clearly states "No smoking".
