If you call the manufacturer, you may be able to just get a new seal and replace it.

I have a couple general thoughts from my experience with seller financing and manufactured housing parks.1.

I'm guessing they are some kind of 2nd quality product that didn't make the cut at the manufacturer. 

@Rachel H. thanks for the reply its zone for Residential Uses (R-2) ie: Manufactured Home, Multifamily Dwelling, Two-Family Dwelling (Duplex) and etc. but NOT for Manufactured Home Park. but a Manufactured home park: A parcel of land at least five (5) acres in size on which a minimum of ten(10) developed stands are in existence for lease or condominium ownership and two (2) mobile ormanufactured homes are occupied as separate residences.

I have a couple of vacant lots and I'm interested in comparing costs of putting a manufactured home instead of stick built on them.

Hi Ashley, have you tried calling any manufacturers in your area to get an idea of the price of construction/delivery/etc? 

Manufactured housing is personal property, not real property or 'Real Estate'. 

And selling in that 700-900 range properties tend to sit a bit longer because there are less buyers in that price range.I have also considered building a spec home at a considerably lower price, and I am also toying with the idea of putting a manufactured home on it for around 100k and getting a quick return. 

I did forget to mention I do work full time as an operations manager for a large manufacturing company.

All 4 were manufactured homes on land (1 vacant, half way through a remodel, with some issues as far as access to the property, 3 others were located in Arizona City, Coolidge, and Casa Grande and they were rented out month to month for $640, $525, and $625 respectively).We got them all under contract for 136k.
