Flat rate is available too in many market …..currently there are few SFR fund that is liquidating their asset by using cheap 1% broker.

A Cool part of the Pocono mountains is that the tourist season lasts ALL year- not just for a few months out of the year.

Stay cool I see its 110 in your area and was shocked to see Bend at 112 its 100 here in PDX which is very high.. and of course about 40% of the homes here have no AC.. so miserable for them.

Where they may consider borrower’s financial state they are most considered with (1) property value, (2) liquidity of property if needed to sell quickly and (3) ability of property to generate sufficient cash flow to pay note payments.

That partnership dissolved & we liquidated all properties in 2015/2016, and I started rebuilding my current portfolio in August 2015. 

I have mine set to no lower than 66 on cooling.
