Ok, really, how is ANYTHING Bo-Bo-Biden is supposed to be in direct "leadership" of? 

Hello ,The company that I was working for was sold and some leadership positions were no longer needed including mine.

It'll be a few years but it will eventually be great with the right leadership.

My main focus is working with high-risk youth and leadership development.

Who we are looking for:- 1 to 5 years of work experience in Real Estate Development- Comfortable w/ working in the field with contractors- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with investors, contractors, and consultants-Must know Atlanta multi-family market. 

I am very tempted to dive into commercial multifamily but seems like we would have a hard time qualifying due to lack of experience and being on the bottom of the totem pole in that marketplace.  

I would start a little lower on the totem pole if i were you

Anything you're paying to creditors is money you can't save and invest.2) Take 3-6 months a read everything you can possible find on money, investing, real estate, business, leadership, etc.

We need some new conservative leadership in order for things to make a jump here.

Some of our clients we don't hear from all year.....David, we heard from everyday until he sent the email,  "Effective Leadership is to Decide, Delegate, and Disappear."
