Their lack of response is not justification for breach of the agreement, as that is not found in any of the documents you signed.

The rule is: if a tenant does not hold up their end of the bargain, you do not allow the sob stories or the continual excuses and justifications keep you from making the hard decisions.Sometimes though, keeping them isn't a hassle and is an extra lump of money.

Simply touching a contract won't be a justification for excessive values that may be predatory that has been common in MH dealings.I'm not sure why Joseph keeps pushing Lonnie Scruggs and Deals on Wheels as that thinking was pretty much one of the reasons federal laws were adopted killing the shams described in that book.

This is not justification for sacrificing safe guidelines just to buy a property, of course. 

That is just if I need it for that long.  

You did the homework, you know what works for you, and your course of action and justification is sound in my opinion. 

On the other side they are offering 100% financing so its tough to really offer that and take in a lot of people without having a huge cost problem on their side so I can see the business justification as well. 

But maybe it's a good justification to buy that property in the mountains you want!

This statement made me look at my own schedule and find those activities that I really had no justification in doing myself.
