The rule is: if a tenant does not hold up their end of the bargain, you do not allow the sob stories or the continual excuses and justifications keep you from making the hard decisions.Sometimes though, keeping them isn't a hassle and is an extra lump of money.

Simply touching a contract won't be a justification for excessive values that may be predatory that has been common in MH dealings.I'm not sure why Joseph keeps pushing Lonnie Scruggs and Deals on Wheels as that thinking was pretty much one of the reasons federal laws were adopted killing the shams described in that book.
