The property needed a cosmetic rehab with some interior layout changes.

I’m in the beginning stages of changing the layout of the park to allow for the addition of 5-10 more pads, my only issue is that I have a very long term tenant (31yrs) with a TOH that was place on a pad in such a way that prevents development of the additional pads.

This house that I purchased interested me because it had a unique layout.

Was planning to lay out how my current assets are spread out (not much) and see what options are available.

Why would someone lay out their money to you if you don't have data and evidence to support your deal flow in the past so they can feel secure about the future?

Maybe you can adjust the layout and open some walls.
