Stocks and bonds, medical equipment, food and grocery, pretty much any retail item, cars, clothes, real estate... they all have their middlemen.Investing in real estate, especially wholesaling, has become wildly popular within the last 5 years.

I feel like I may be in a unique position to invest because I make at least $1000 every week and my only expenses are food.  

For those meetings at a member's project, I think it should be Bring Your Own Everything: Chair, coffee, food.

Too much soap is normally the culprit but not cleaning off all the food before putting the dishes in will cause the drain to become blocked and bad things happen. 

That should never be forgotten who puts the food on our tables.

Unless someone is willing to do it for free then I can always offer food 😀Also, if anyone has a recommendation for a local RE agent that works with investors I'd really appreciate any help.

If you don't want to pay for the $25 annual membership, then it costs $5 at the door and includes food and drinks.
