I host Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors where you will typcially find about 150 investors at a meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. 

For lenders that offer loans to an LLC....check into Host Financial and I believe Jeff Chisum at Northpointe Bank offers them as well!

For those thinking about making the switch to Airbnb hosting, be warned: the landscape is evolving, and not necessarily to your advantage.This isn't about scaring you off but rather painting a picture of the current Airbnb scene.

However, I also see it as an opportunity to potentially pass on risk (maintenance/upkeep/repairs) to an Airbnb host, assuming insurance coverages work out, and/or ask for a premium on top of what I listed the unit for.

The reason for this is that there is outsized competition with your fellow landlord hosts, who are also pursuing nurses, and a shrinking demographic of traveling nurses (cost cutting, covid cuts, etc.)

Overall the air is full of potential and I asked my airbnb host to buy his place, its a larger lot w 2 buildings, hes renting essentially 4 rooms/studios out some without kitchen and theres a room for the 247 cleaner lady and a pool (tiny) in the middle, 2 parking spots, 450k.
