I think what makes someone a guru is more along the lines of selling primarily hype & fluff with little to no real substance.

I prefer to look at substance over form.  

This includes disorderly conduct, public urination, unlawful possession or use of a controlled substance and so on.

But like buying a lotto ticket, if the possibility of "winning" makes me happy and excited, then what's the harm done?

But if I can operate as STR and I can get 3-4x as much revenue vs LTR at a 50-60% occupancy, what's the harm in leaving the units vacant at times?

Or the PM may talk to others about this, which is also none of their business until rent becomes late (if at all).There seems to be no way in which discussing it with either party will be a benefit; I only see how it would harm someone's reputation.
