Their bank can set up an EFT just like your gym, HOA, credit card does.

A couple from my gym and my RMT and his girlfriend moved to Cumberland this summer.

Looking to lease a unit/condo to lease in a gated area, pool and gym for my flight arrivals  are mostly late or red eye flights.  

Primary Bedroom can easily accommodate a queen bed and a home office, compact gym, or seating area and features dual closets.

Realistic advice: I agree with @Jaron Walling parlay the $10K into a bigger shovel.Unrealistic advice: Maintain the biggest shovel you can, drop your expenses to $0, invest the difference...Sleep in your car/shower at the gym, sell everything, geo-arbitrage, sell plasma, sign-up for paid experimental trials, etc...Overall, I think you'd be better growing that $10K to let's say $500K in 5 years and moving to a cheaper part of the country or a cheaper country. 

I literally listen to it everytime I am headed to work, headed to the gym, while at the gym, and headed home. 

I’ve been trying to reach others goals like being consistent with the gym get my health right but with work it gets hard.

Given that, has anyone witnessed higher returns and positive feedback after adding a private gym to one of their listings? 

Does anyone offer a home gym in their STR?
