Kudos to that poster for making it work, and he probably did a good job tying down the mattress, but stuff like that ends up on the road or impaled into someone's grill ( or, worse, windshield) more than you would think.

The ice cream melted but everything else in there did not spoil.Sometimes the problem trying to reimburse a tenant for spoiled food is that you suddenly find they claim the crab legs, lobster, shrimp and T-bone steaks they purchased have gone bad.
