People who have been to my site know I really have nothing to sell (but good will). 

I have no trouble hauling a load to Goodwill or selling things on Facebook as soon as I stop using them regularly.

Every time I've had someone come alongside me and work to add value to my life -- whether that is finding deals for me, introducing me to key people, doing work for me, or anything else that lifts my burdens or hits my bottomline, it has engendered an amazing goodwill that leads to a lot of time, and a lot of growth for both of us.

I introduced them to our court system and my culture.My grandfather always said his word was his bond and it was, but he also said anyone whose word is really any good will be willing to back it up with his John Henry.

I am not advising you to pay a premium of course (lol), but I do believe as the market becomes more mature, there is obviously a value, as a goodwill, or an intangible asset, built by renting a property as a STR. 

I don't know but if you call the good will or another charity Im  sure they would be happy to take the furniture for free!

Credit is good, will be 800+ once the credit cards I recently paid off show up.  

I listen to podcasts that talk about the importance of managing your manager, but then I realize that my good will has probably led to me being taken advantage of.  

@Mike Mosby I used a combination of pay for delete calls, goodwill letters and emails, and started out with a little secured credit card with a $300 limit :)

If he offered 35, he probably ticked off the owner, LOL.Such situations, good will is worth more to me than 50+25+10%-closings costs, might get 1% in my pocket after paying the Realtor he is working with.
