I am from Spring Branch, Texas and want to become an expert in this field. 

This comes with time and customers I know but Any advice is greatly :)  I hope to come across some of you one day in our field. 

This will be dependent on your having a new job where you are relocating, likely in a similar field, in your new location.

If you need that kind of performance as an agent, you may want to decide if selling houses is your real passion or you should get into a field where you need to make up clock cycles on some highly graphic intensive project.

I've read multiple books on investing, I've worked in multiple fields of real estate (Leasing agent for 3 years, real estate sales agent, property manager, and community association manager) and i'm ready to put my knowledge to work for myself instead of others.

For those outside of the medical field that may or may not have any idea that these positions exist, we live in a 5th wheel and travel from area to area every 3-6 months. 

Real Estate is a competitive game, and Internet and BP have leveled the playing field for anyone who wants to take advantage. 

I would always contact a CPA in this field. 

That said, I figured that I might get some good feedback from all of you to save me some trouble or at least help me narrow down the field!

Anybody experienced in both fields that could give some direction?
