If you go this route, just make sure that if the buyer defaults on the payments to you (you still pay the mortgage) or the due on sale clause is exercised that contractually the deed is transferred back to you.  

Canada also has the same travel warning for both countries, recommending travelers "exercise a high degree of caution due to increased criminal activity" in both places. 

This tenant has given me so much heart ache inspite of paying rent on time over the last couple of years ,forming tenant silos , breaking house rules etc, now I just want to get even, not paying rent on time will be fined at the rate of $100 per day , just wondering if I should exercise that if he fails to pay last month and teach him a lesson.

I have clients that exercise various strategies that work for them based on their experience (comfort level). 

Would the transfer of property be considered at the end of 5 years when the option is exercised?
