Even though they are the expert, you still need to ensure they fit you well.

I do however agree with you that there’s no one size fits all approach and depending on the type of business that’s operated and location, the correct strategy may vary. 

., then it's best to wait until you do or invest in a REIT.You're just not fit...right now. 

I don't think there's a one-size-fits-all answer there. 

Your listing needs to talk up the excellent schools more.

The BRRRR strategy is an excellent way to scale quickly, especially with mid- to long-term rentals. 

I lined some prospective new tenants kind of took my time, was picky, didn't find the right tenant yet, plus I had to get in there and paint/repair etc  but towards the end of the 60 days I was showing the place to some i thought was gonna fit and lo and behold the tenant calls me the day he suppose to be moved out and told me he changed his mind, going thru personal stuff and wanted to stay.

Seeing that I currently own one 5 unit mixed use property.That is an excellent goal.
