It’s gonna make a young, hungry entrepreneur very happy :)

I think lots of very young entrepreneurs are beginning to have a similar mindset and I would love to hear some advice directed at that sub 25 year old category who are looking to make that first deal .

It's also a common thread among successful entrepreneurs and executives.

You want to think of yourself as a short term rental entrepreneur/investor not just an Airbnb investor.  

The market is much less intimidating here and appears to be a great place for new entrepreneurs.
