Hi BP'rs, I don't have a good sense of how the interest rate cut today will affect me as a new investor looking for my first deal... will it start to drive up prices of homes in areas i'm looking at as money gets cheaper or am I off base?

Also, helping find other ways to drive revenue, including add-on packages and more. 

On one hand, if Experiences attract more travelers looking for unique, bundled stays and activities, it could help hosts by driving more bookings and increasing guest satisfaction.

OP my wife and I went thru this exercise about 4 years ago.

Had to do it thru the company directly, my agent couldn't write the policies.

You need to make sure you have ample drive by traffic and that the market can absorb the units and how long it will take.

I plan on driving hopefully both areas over this long weekend to get a feel them.
