A lot of them are older though and can be a drain.

The business next door has an odd abandoned/under-construction parking lot that drains into my (future) property.  

moving tools and spreading resources is a drain. 

@Rich Weese  maybe your thinking of Drain Oregon .. can't recall a Curtin.. my partner in my plane owns half of Roseburg.. and it hardly rains there compared to PDXwhat the folks from Dallas tell me is they want out of the heat..  

i will have to check into the warranty, did not even think of that...i was just mad $700.00 down the drain...yes they will be moved out as they have already bought the new place and moving in, i went over to check on things, and they are packing....thank you just did not know what to do...so if they are section 8 they can break a lease with no reproductions, and leaves the landlord out in the wind....

My HVAC guy goes out twice a year to service the units but also checks the hot water heater, all the sink drains and other hookups.  

Talk about a brain drain in that state - Oh, poor Rhody!  

We had a 6 plex boiler go out.. was a 4 day deal.. sub zero temps.. we had to of course drain the heat lines and leave water dripping.. gave tenants multiple heaters and prayed the heat guys would get done. tenants ran their stoves with heated pots of water on top for steam. 

Washers, overflow.... drain pipes get clogged...

They might not want to send their handyman to unclog a drain 50 miles away but you might want a single PM company to keep your life simple.
