Be on the lookout for the same thing to happen to Stockton in another decade as long as the city's leadership stays on track and doesn't run itself into a ditch like it did the previous two decades.Eventually Sacramento will get pricey too, and if Stockton pulls off their Open Window Project and turns around the downtown scene, it'll be the last spot in Northern California for affordable housing that Bay Area millennials will be willing to stomach.

We had a ditch that had been eroding for 40+ years on our property.

It looks to ME like the guy is trying to be responsible as to the HOME.. he didn't file IT in his bankruptcy, and rather than just ditching it, he's looking for alternative solutions to relocate without leaving the lender in a lurch.

I didn't ditch any old friends or relatives but I stopped pitching education and higher level thought and action.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could ditch this property quickly and just move on with life?  

Thinking about ditching absentee owner prospects and just focusing on foreclosure and probate leads so I have more motivated sellers.Any coaching or advice would be appreciated.  

Don't ditch important features unless you are sure they can't be salvaged. 

We have an aerated sprinkler system (personal residence) if the toilet runs over night the sprinklers will flood the yard (ditch really).
