People should really pay attention to the kind of content they consume, especially the mostly negative and scary news that is oftentimes biased and ultimately leads people to not take action and miss out.

Aside from the horrible context you put the good news in; I do commend you on a successful forray into real estate investing and encourage you to do it again.

Historically, investors have gotten back at least double digits on their investment because they time the market and wait for the right time to sell to try to get their investors back as much on their investment as possible.
