They wrote a novel they are probably scamming for something.

That's a scam artist.

TLDR: Don't feel scammed or overcharged this will be typically of any PM company.

Currently I work a full time job in large project construction management and I want to devote time on the side to REI. 

I’m guessing the “two other owners” either got an unrecorded deed from the seller or someone other the real owner signed a fraudulent deed with these two guys....a scam probably copied from our local south FL boys.It seems incredibly odd that the title co would suggest your lender foreclose, if they feel they made a legitimate sale.I don’t think I’ve ever “followed” a post, but I will this one.

We're getting $1950 rent.Re-reading my original post made me laugh as an applicant alerted me today that one of my houses is listed on Craigslist at $1200/mo and when I looked, it was a scam-someone had stolen my pics and content and reposted with their contact info.

I would guess that there is a very high probability it is a scam since it is a pit bull.

As far as I know (and I could be wrong) there isn’t a specific sub group devoted to strictly notes.

I was afforded valuable lessons and insight, and was blessed not to have been taken advantage of in the midst of the many scams that ensued after the flood.
