Peter,Why not give quicken rental property manager a try. it is easy to use for expenses and income. their new version is all online now and you subscribe to it. i did not upgrade because i would rather have the desktop version. i also use quickbooks, but quicken is a lot easier to use.

A good broker will know the values and be able to do a quick desktop appraisal which isn't perfect but will get you close.

desktop underwriting it is perfectly legal and is a step better then just a pre-qual letter it shows the front and back ratios of a loan good for FHA and conventional
