I can't deal with her crap anymore.I started out with PLENTY of reserves.

It's all crap that the locals won't buy.

But, visible tats are equivalent to a big sign over them saying, "I don't give a crap about the social or business norms, if you don't like who I am you can go f' yourself."

Once they see it is not free or easy they bow out or they do land some of these "deals" that are just stale MLS crap that they offer for more than it was listed for.

From what I am reading December seems to be a crap month to rent and I should try to get someone to sign a 16 month lease so it ends of June or July.

Usually when they're in the house they're also in the yard and can get tracked back in when people are going in and out....it's much harder to eradicate them from the yard when you live in an area that doesn't freeze.

Right or wrong that crap and shed would have been gone post-haste.

I might also buy a bunch of crap from China by the shipping container that I know I would probably use in my rentals or restaurant or could sell to business owners and store it in a large garage that I would build.

After that, it's kind of a crap shoot.
