But I also feel like I need to be more cautious than 2021 when I bought my first STR property. would love to connect with some of you and hear more detail about what you are doing these days in real estate.  

Just be aware that (1) you can easily do whatever it is Tardus is selling much cheaper elsewhere (2) Tardus special investments for members only are mundane investments available at the same terms to anyone with a computer and internet connection and (3) the strategy of borrowing from a HELOC to juice returns carries with it a much greater risk than is apparently disclosed. 

My bank account is connected to Stessa to eliminate the need for me to manually track income, expenses etc. 

Unfortunately I don't have broker connections myself, as I am only an investor in syndications and not doing my own deals.
