I have complete confidence in their ability to pay their share of rent but my concern is with the City's portion as I have heard first-hand accounts and bad cases where the City has delayed payments, delayed processing of renewal for voucher holder (and thus payments) and lack of communication.Are there folks here who have had a good experience with CityFHEPS and the City's ability to pay on time?

These 2 are not the same.From the website examples shown,  you can clearly see they have both types of credibility covered.3) Understand the process, understand the contracts, and practice looking and sounding confident and knowledgeable.Now you are ready to open your doors and have prospects discover you.Without this, you are wasting your time and effort,  looking for leads.There is more to this but those are the basics for starting.

Lots of agents have muddied very fair processes, and don't get me started in North Carolina where I'm confident things will get investigated with agents just asking each buyer to increase their DD(non-refundable) one after another.
