Greetings All,I just wanted to know if there were any investors (perferablely in notes) near Osan AB looking to potentially meet up or do a conference video call in order to talk and discuss real estate.

I am in the Bay Area as well and would love to organize a few of you for a conference call.

I would recommend attending the NARPM Florida State Conference here in Orlando next week on the 20-21st.

I have a desire to put a retreat/conference center on the property.

If you are really serious about the investment, use title company to conduct title search on the property to get a whole picture of all the liens and chain of title history of the property. 

Jay just messaged me. 75 mortgage people at his conference thought self-encumbering to avoid cash-out to in essense, avoid the 6 month seasoning requirement, would probably be viewed as mortgage fraud.

I don't even know how one would typically conduct a search for a place.

I've seen other posts that suggest conducting an ARV analysis to get this answer, but I just don't have enough experience (or confidence) to trust the results that I would achieve.

I will not buy anything until I conduct a personal visit there to survey the cities/neighborhoods and interview realtors & PMs.
