Italian Village is such a nice area, mine are all concentrated in Old North Columbus.

RTP area with its tech concentration, HealthCare industries, Top rated schools and real estate investments might just be the right place.

So far: quarterly % change in Real GDP, YOY % Change in Monthly home prices, job growth, interest rates, population shifts, rising wages, area revitalization, relocation, marriage, family growth, divorce, death, debt, active inventory, sold homes, avg. sold price, average days on market, Concentrations of jobs by occupational category, average level of education, school rankings, crime, appreciation, property tax rate, state tax rate, positive/negative RE legislation, monthly rental income, average age, inflation, popular property types and configurations, vacancy rates, volume of rental units added to market, time to rent, months of supply, volume of new home construction. 

For example, you might see you are heavily concentrated in a certain state.  

You can even go further North and get some interesting areas.It is a very easy commute.Should Naz be concentrating on that area rather then the East Bronx ?

I know there's various "house flipping" dedicated software out there, but I want to avoid it, as I don't know how long I'd be concentrated on this slice of the RE biz, I could be in a different part of RE in a few years, or in some unrelated biz and I like Evernote for that, but it requires going from the way I'm using it now, as a personal, one man organizer to getting more people involved in using it, but I also like it for the massive number of 3rd party tutorials, etc available to anyone needing to learn to use this software.I'd greatly appreciate ANY thoughts or suggestions on how anyone else has used tech to streamline their operations, thanks!

Use white noise during periods of heavy concentrationI find when studying or researching, intense focus and concentration is needed.All of us humans have an issue with this, unless we’re superhuman.The most ideal way to solve this issue is such:Find a place where you can work uninterrupted.Turn off your phone and ALL distractions.Gather all of your materials needed for the task, whatever it may be.Put them out in an organized fashion where you can get to them quickly and easily.Gather all of your writing utensils and notebooks; anything you need.Set an alarm on your phone for 52 minutes.Go to Youtube.Do a search for white noise.Put a white noise video on play.Turn it up to a comfortable level.Start the 52 minute clock.Get to work.Work for 52 minutes straight.Do not let anything break your concentration or interrupt your focus.Keep working.At the end of 52 minutes, you will potentially be exhausted; mentally and, potentially, physically.Walk away from all of this for 17 minutes.

These last examples demonstrate the need for specialization in the different fields of real estate, but for the purpose of this study, we will concentrate only on the residential housing market.

I can not play with the Hedge Funds (my pockets aren't that deep) so decided I would concentrate on homes that did not fit their criteria.
