This is difficult for me to reply to, because I am newborn in REI and haven't even made my first offer yet, as I am still in the 'research' phase, having started little more than a month ago, give or take.All I can do is tell you some advice I have observed from RE forums and the one guru who actually started me down this road.First, in your due diligence phase did you find out what her need was?

My son has been severely disabled since he was a small child [he is 20 now] My husband and I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars looking for a miracle cure.[ now broke or would be doing more for him] We thought we had plenty of time to figure out how he could have a good future despite his disabilities.

It was a child that died.

I guess I was just thinking that it may ne difficult to rent them becuase I'd need to find 2-3 seperate individuals/couples with no kids,or one small child max, and qualifying backgrounds.Nashville is a big city so there are plentg of potential tenants.

As for Derek's BP picture, he hasn't thought about Child Protective Services citing him for being too thrifty to buy his kid a stroller and hauling him around in a wheelbarrow.
