County has assessed for 200k but would be worth more due to the area they are building homes left and right on that road and they are selling 300k+ and up.

However, I’ve developed some rules for when I utilize a subject to or wrap transactions as both.

There are specific rules on when rent increases can be submitted for review, but there are no guarantees when they will respond.

My logic behind a area to hold is basically is in my zone of knowledge that means close in and in a  A-B area .BIG fish can have the whole USA in their  zone .Outside of my zone I am thinking flip it there are exceptions like all rules . 

We needed to build more there but the cost to build has doubled and the return is t sufficient.

For suburbs you really have to search for each cities rules.
