NOwas the claim that there was a sale for $90k NO, yes he can claim he found that on the website zillow and the lucas county records, mistakes are made, but it doesnt pass the smell test, a novice with no knowledge of real estate can look at the prices in that nieghborhood and know that a mistake was made.he says the comps i used were all REO.
