Hello, I was reading a post regarding Apps all investors should have.

They would have something like grey siding, white trim with a red toned door and it looked really good.So other than going to home shows of big developers in the area, which is probably one of the primary ways, what other sites, magazines, apps etc do you use to keep up with trends?

With that goal in mind, I was trying to pursue the path of starting a brand, creating an app, or founding a business, but after hearing about BiggerPockets my mindset has shifted.

I am looking for recommendations on the best receipt tracking app that will allow me to export data my accounting software.

Unitdash charges for some added services if you choose to use them (auto pay, mailing letters, texting through the app, etc...) which is also more than fair as the prices for those features is very low in my opinion.

I usually try to unplug from thinking too much about who's paying rent unless I'm in my office, but there's a great mobile app for doing just that if you need to.
