Can anyone speak to the accuracy of their projections?

I have not verified the accuracy of its information. 

I wouldn't trust the accuracy of some online database.I'd much prefer to get a list directly from the county.

Very little accuracy in creating a long-term maintenance plan, but still easy to use and effective.Provides long term projections but with so-so amounts of data detail (if I remember)Free, but you can’t save anything.

I use Batcheads and Batchdialer; I have tried this method with very little success, skip tracing is touchy due to the accuracy of the numbers, but I think I will give it another try.

I use RSMeans on my government projects, they have the online version which updates itself, around 5% accuracy on prices, figures don't work in CA most parts in residential.

Accuracy is not perfect but its better than regular PDF text search.

I run across multiple listings on zillow that say the home is in pre-foreclosure and gives the estimate on how much they think the pre-foreclosure is.Anybody have experience on how accurate the amounts might be?
