Hey, new poster here. I've been doing lots of zoning/predesign research for clients and found that ChatPDF (google it, its free and I have no affiliation)  saves me a ton of time to search through and understand new land use laws. You just upload a pdf and then can ask questions about it. Accuracy is not perfect but its better than regular PDF text search. Hope that helps someone. 

Separately, I'm a software engineer looking to build tools to show you want can be built on a site. I'd love to chat with anyone about how they currently do, prospecting, zoning research, pre-design, finance calcs.  Or just share the tools you like here.  Cheers.
