To find off-market deals, watch YouTube videos on them.

Just like most here I’ve seen the “guru” seminars, watched the HGTV/DIY shows, listened to the podcasts, watched the YouTube videos and read the blogs and in being on BP for less than 24 hours a lot of the information I thought I knew has now been debunked, so to speak.

I’m not sure what the rules are on this website, so I don’t want to overstep my bounds, but you can find the YouTube video with some more info by searching “Cambutal 308 acres”As far as utilities go, the property has a natural water source and city power is less than a km away. 

@Jahleel FelixI would suggest listening to podcasts, read books, network, YouTube, etc. 

Also, look for their youtube channel, they have very good interviews with experienced people in the real estate.
