We tried having people live inside the homes or buildings, but it is super annoying to have to work around their cooking equipment, food, clothing, etc. and keep moving them around the inside of the building.We find day laborers and pay them as little as $100 per week to live in a shed or in a small travel trailer outside the property.

I explain to tenants when they move in not to put grease down the drains, try not to wash ten loads of clothes in one afternoon or use a ton of bleach, etc. but I really can't patrol what they do when I leave.

You can even negotiate clothes prices in malls in Thailand.

If they installed a wasteful clothes washer that uses 5 gallons per load, they could do 200 loads of laundry (6 loads per day or 3 loads per day for 2 months every day) for about a dollar. 

I couldn't imagine someone wanting to deal with literally climbing into their basement, I mean imagine bringing your clothes into the laundry.Could something like this be a deal-breaker for buyers?

Workmanship needs to be there, quickness is a must, and a competitive price with reasonablepayment arrangements.If he drives up in a $60,000 truck, GQ clothes and haircut, and tells you how to do your job.Then hire the first guy listed above.Time is money,  get the property done and done right.I know a great contractor!!!
