Holding open houses after you do both of those.Maybe that ends up taking their buyer calls, or being a part time transaction coordinator for them.Not sure if you speak Spanish or not, but if you do, offer to take all their Spanish speaking referrals. 

They will have heard of you, and be generally aware that you're serious, so there is a nice synergy that comes from it.

I love collaborating with other wholesalers to sell deals as this creates synergies that can amplify deal flow and overall profit margin.

Currently living with a co-worker, but only prior landlord reference is to a Spanish speaking household in NYC which I can't communicate with.

I also will want my GC there who speaks only Spanish, so it may help if the inspector is also a Spanish speaker.

Bilingual realtor: Make sure your agent speaks really good Spanish, remember that you are in Mexico and all the agreements and important paperwork you will sign are in Spanish, some are translated however it's important to keep in mind that the Spanish version will prevail.

@Ryant NelsonAs @Bernard Reisz mentioned, it's important to shop around and see who's the best fit for you - price is certainly important but synergy between you and your CPA (since you are essentially a team) and value the CPA can provide you with should hold more weight when evaluating options. 

Here in my area we see a lot of Rhone, Spanish, and Portuguese varieties.
