Hey guys, I have a house in the Clear Lake area that I may need a thorough inspection on. It’s an older home and want an inspector that’s not afraid of digging in and trying to find potential issues. I also will want my GC there who speaks only Spanish, so it may help if the inspector is also a Spanish speaker. Thanks in advance!
