totally agree I always put in a garage sale add  everything free.. it will all be gone in a matter of hours.now being in the basement you may wnat to move everything out or for sure supervise so [people dont scuff up your walls etc.but moving sale  many free things  garage sale everything free.. and at least on the west coast its all gone in a few hours.

Yeah, an “assistant” access is just that....someone who Actually works for the agent in assisting them in their day to day activities and whom the agent has supervision/control over.

Where I am, a title company 1) wouldn't accept a quit claim from a borrower to a lender and 2) would require that they had supervised the notary on the deed or supervised the notary of an affidavit from the grantors in order to accept a deed for insurance purposes.

Never pay them weekly, train them, directly supervise them, or become their single source of income and a bunch of other things... or you may find yourself having hired an employee... when you didn't want one.Having them carry general liability and workmans compensation insurance would be great.... and it protects you in many ways.
