I do work at Keller Williams, the nice thing about profit sharing at KW is that you don't have to participate if you choose not not.

Participate like everyone else so you can post there.

We love having some of our northern neighbors drop in and participate.

When guest watchers like you sign up and participate, we all fell like we're doing our job.

As a Sole P you lose some tax-free fringe benefits because you cannot participate in company-funded employee benefit plans like medical insurance and retirement plans.

Instead talkng to accountants, lawyers, financial planners and certain friends and family about what you are looking to do and how their clients or each of them individually can participate.
