I've been a lurker on these forums for the last week and just registered. Soo much great free information here my eyes are hurting from reading so much! I'm a new investor with 1 rental property under my belt. Ive been soaking up as much information as possible of the past 3 months. I've narrowed my focus to getting into rehabs and more rentals soon. Thanks to all who contribute to these forums, the information in invaluable!
