I can control the temperature of the house, the locks on the doors, cameras to see what's going on outside, sensors for moisture/freezing in the basement, door sensors for doors that shouldn't be open and a lot more.

Hey I am looking to purchase a SFH but the ac unit and hvac are from 2004, the home also needs a proper roof due to moisture issues or maybe just a coating on the roof a  and wanted to know if its worth to pursue this deal?

The electrical panal has no cover and is exposed to moisture and I believe some outlets dont work and one of them has no ground.

If there is, then call county inspector and let them know you have a fire hazard with the buildingJust be advised if the county makes the condo association go through and fire safe all penetrations get ready for a really big assessment but that is a life safety issue

It takes 2 or 3 passes and give the cleaner some time to penetrate the stains. 

One being that there might be a higher content of moisture on the slab in those particular areas.

The report stated: Foundation walls- concrete deterioration & moisture damage present in some areas.

You can buy them to hang in closets, and they suck up all the moisture in the air.

Depending on when the house was built you may or may not have footing drains, and the exterior walls may need to be sealed to stop and ground water from penetrating the walls.

Moisture readings present Sort of scary, but looks minor to my *untrained* eye.
