The plan is to rent out the top unit to a long term tenant and for us to live in the middle unit until we move out (if we ever do). 

In this county there was only 1 McDonalds that close and it closed to move a block away at a traffic light, from there former location in the middle of the block not at a traffic signal. 

I have that awkward middle bedroom in a Philadelphia townhome I don't know what to do with. 

For a flip you'll want middle to higher end.

Also, as tempting as it may be, don't stop in the middle of a job.  

With that said, Bryan is spot on because you get those rents are in the better neighborhoods in the east side of town 31907 area. 

The cost to start investing in Ohio was much cheaper here than back east.

I would love to find another Fountain square back east and start doing infill like this article maybe 1 to 2  month would  be great we would just use cash so no loans etc..
