Just a thought, I don't know their business model nor am I an expert in finance.I do personally know a serious investor who has used them and recommended them, so they are a legitimate business.

I have decided what niche i an going to go with and that is buy and hold investing.

@Ian Reeves It is an older property with a newer roof but I need to do a lot more investigating on when exactly the roof was replaced and how old the furnaces are, etc.
