Fingers crossed though!! 

While I found they cannot and could not lift a finger to "due-on-sale-me" using a Land Trust, they were still not forthcoming in not saying they look on this favorably.

I am not a rule follower and I am a maverick, mustang, renegade what ever you wanna say at heart, but my wife is, and she balances us out perfect as i am quick to give someone the proverbial middle finger and speak what i want, while she approaches things much different. 

We'll see how things shake out now that tenants are living there - so far the new bathroom is working well...fingers crossed that no other issues emerge.

I make a small amount of profit each month from each door, but the real money is in the long term holding for me.Most of the soldiers I talk to about real estate investing are receptive, and amazed when I give them some examples of the money they're letting pass through their fingers!

Man, I've let so many deals slip through my fingers due to "Analysis Paralysis", lack of funding, not taking action when I should've...

I have seen metal baseboards but it looks like a huge pain to install and 1x6 finger joint pine is rather inexpensive from a lumber yard (not home depot).

We then plan to move out in a year and Airbnb all three, which for the area should be very lucrative.In the long run, we could remodel and force appreciation, fingers crossed and sell.
