@Joshua Sclafani, The thing that I am pointing out is the government and new rules that Obama and his kind want to enforce on all the home repairs.

Government financing can be very difficult when repairs are needed but not impossible when repairs are needed.

At one point you had to visit 2 different government departments to register. 

The government jobs will always be here.

Crazily the government here put out a document that said that they wanted to eliminate gas heat from new construction on the grounds that it is a fossil fuel.

I see that you are local to me, and I can assure that all government office do not check the more accurate resources for ownership information (Clerk of courts or Comptroller) which means you could be missing some important info.  

"However, I do believe the way many wholesalers work could be considered illegal.Putting a deal under contract, marketing the deal all over Craigslist, and then assigning that deal is a fast way to get fined by your state government and get a nice misdemeanor on your record!
