Maybe schedule a roofer, plumber and electrician unless you plan to replace those things.

Just to try and  get an ESTIMATE to make an electric outlet for my stove the other day the electricians wanted $100-$150.

Find one that preferably has an established network of contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc. in place that are used on other properties they manage so you don't need to find those people yourself.Secondly, you'll need a good layer and accountant.

We need a plumber and electrician to come in to start and finish rough work.
