Bud Selig did it in his last year in office, before he handed the baton to Rob Manfred, but I am sure he had more resources at his disposal than the average guy...lol. 

With two educated middle-class wages, this has allotted us a disposable take-home income that is greater than what most of our individual peers bring home from their annual salary.

I mean...if we are going to go down this path, then if the house doesn't have a garbage disposal or a dishwasher either, that could be the reason.

All that disposable income is gone. 

There are 3 units and they are identical 2/1 no washer dryer / dishwasher / disposal.  

In goes a copy of the lease, house rules, garbage, online payment, thermostat, dishwasher, garbage disposal and furnace filter instructions if applicable, and some basic homeowner care instructions about changing a light bulb or unstopping a toilet.

Maybe more light going deeper, bank regulators require a bank to show that any REO/ORE held is being actively marketed for disposal.
