Hello BP family,Virgin multifam buy-and-hold investor here.I’m trying to buy a 2-4 -unit with conventional financing (already pre qualified) in Allentown, PA.

Does anyone have any experience with this resort or with Oliver Thorpe who is the realtor?

I'm a 1 man show responsible for sales negotiation, design, writing custom contracts, supervision, accounting, The company opened in 1985 and has never had a complaint filed on it (or me) and neither have ever have even been threatened with a law suit. ( pretty hard to say in this business)I 2011, I said screw this economy and shipped my boat to the Virgin Islands where I started a Charter boat business.

Maybe your model works or maybe you're lucky either way its stupid to think we don't use them...Unless you're still a virgin..

This is making me think of the scene in the 40 year old virgin where Steve Carell is trying to brag about being with a woman when he never has.

We discovered at a Home Depot Behre paint training that the Behre (top of the line olive green can) semi gloss enamel goes on oderless with a foam roller and in a few days dries almost as hard as older oil base.
