While your at these seminars/meetings hand out some business cards and introduce yourself and what you do.One of my investor friends would do this all the time.

Hand out cards to everyone you meet, including complete strangers in a checkout line, and let them know you are ready to work your tail off for them.

I do have an application process and qualifications information sheet that I hand out to every applicant.

We own several facilities and my favorite resources are.....Inside Self Storage-they have a magazine subscription, a nice and informative website, and they do a major trade show in Vegas once a year.Texas Self Storage Association-look and see if your State has an association.

I'm reaching out this forum because we have been getting great feedback and interest from rental property owners who have met us at trade shows and we would like to expand our reach into this market but would like to narrow down our offering a design a package that works best for landlords and their tenants.

Apparently, the a builder who is responsible for building the new property on this vacant land gave a hand out to tenants to move their car.

They are just relatives, many of whom did not see the deceased for decades, but will put their hand out for money if offered. 

Generally a history of irresponsibility that led them to require a handout from the government to get by.

What I mean is I do not hand out a copy to everyone that is walking through the home.

And remember, turn over in real estate is high.So attempt to spend every moment building your list of leads, people who are are ready, willing and able to do a real estate transaction and bond and connect with them.Send out mail, make phone calls, ask for referrals, knock on doors, belong to networking groups, hand out business cards, talk to people.
